Delivery is included in the Paphos area only. Planning an event in Coral Bay, Peyia, Chloraka, Geroskipou or elsewhere in Paphos District? Send the full address so we can confirm whether it is within the included area. Contact us first for a venue outside Paphos.
Include the venue name, delivery address, loading access, stairs or lifts, indoor or outdoor areas, power arrangements and the time sound is first needed. Tell us about access restrictions and whether different parts of the event need separate setups.
Collection is at the end of the evening or the next day, as agreed. Provide the event finish time and any collection restrictions. For consecutive hire days, equipment charges apply to the days selected in your quote.

Choose a system and extras, add your event details and check the hire estimate. We review equipment availability and venue suitability before confirming the arrangements. VAT if applicable; a 50% deposit confirms the agreed booking and the balance is due on the event day.
